The Portland City Council took public input Wednesday on proposed rules that would allow people to legally live in an RV or tiny house on wheels parked on a single-family residential property.
The conversation was part of a larger discussion about a broader set of proposed rules to make it easier for new shelters to open and for people experiencing homelessness to seek a variety of alternative shelter options in all parts of the city.
