A FAMILY are flogging their entire home, Range Rover and a superbike - for just £2.

The modern four-bedroom property in Ossett, near Wakefield boasts a large garden - and is spread over three floors.

The family are even throwing in their plush 2015 Range Rover Sport 7 seater with full dealership service.

While a Kawasaki Ninja 636 superbike is also up for grabs and can be parked on a driveway big enough for two cars.

Claire Reynolds, 35, and partner Ben Binks, 36, have been living in their detached four-bedroom home in Ossett, West Yorkshire, for two years.

But now they are putting their gorgeous home up for raffle - and it could all be yours for the price of a £2 ticket.

And the family are getting rid of the home in the very same way they bagged the property in 2020.

"This could make our dreams come true of starting a new life."

The couple - whose kids are aged 17, 14, 4 and four months - won the modern home after the previous occupants jetted off to Australia.

Claire estimates the pair have already flogged 1,100 tickets for the raffle, which is capped at a whopping 300,000 tickets.

What are the home raffle catches to watch out for?

MANY of the people who choose to raffle off their home may have had difficulties selling it on the open market so it's important to look into the details of the property on offer.

If your questions about the property on offer aren't answered by the competition's website you should contact the organiser to find out more.

Check whether the property is freehold or leasehold. If leasehold, check how long is left on the lease and how much it might cost to renew.

Find out whether there is a service charge, ground rent or other ongoing expenses.

Some of the most impressive properties like castles and manor houses can have huge running costs that you might not be able to afford.

Have a look at the selling price of other homes nearby on websites like Zoopla and Rightmove to make sure that the valuation promoted in the competition is realistic.

Find out whether your legal fees will be covered as part of the prize.

You shouldn't be required to pay stamp duty if you win as the purchase price of the property is effectively just the cost of an entry ticket or nothing if you used the free route.
